1. What is Summer & Lu?

2. Are Summer & Lu products cruelty-free?  

Yes! Our products are 100% cruelty-free!  

3.What's the expiry on your products?

Each product is different. Please refer to the 'period after opening' symbol on the back of your product to determine the number of months the product will last once opened.

4. Can I return a product because I changed my mind?

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final, and we do not accept refunds. We take great care in packaging and shipping our products, and we're confident you'll love them! 

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll be happy to assist you with a replacement or store credit. 

5. How can i track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package right to your door.

6. What payment methods do you accept? 

We accept all major credit card and PayPal. 

7. Can I cancel or change my order after placing it? 

If your order hasn't been processed yet, we may be able to assist. Please contact us as soon as possible to check the status of your order.
